Timber Front Fences

Understanding Council regulations will affect your front fence design.
For exempt and complying development, the following must be met.
1200mm high maximum,
20% transparency - meaning products, like Colorbond that fully block the vision, are not permitted.
If your design does not meet this criterion, then a Development Application (DA) must be submitted for approval.
